The product must be in its original condition, unused, and free from defects.

Discounted items or items purchased under special offers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return period: 3 days, and exchange period: 5 days within Riyadh.

Outside Riyadh: 7 days for return or exchange.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for returning the items at their own expense in case of a return or exchange.

For orders outside Riyadh, the customer bears the shipping cost to the warehouse in Riyadh, and the refund will only be processed once the items arrive at the Riyadh warehouse.
